Is there a Call Park feature available?
Call is answered by X1099
Call is then parked on ????
X1099 then pages X1900 saying "could Mr A Person please take a call on ????"
Mr A Person then goes to X1023, dials ????, and is connected to the original call (who has been listening to hold music)
It means you don't need to know which extension somebody is near, as you can page for them.
Or, in the case of my environment, what I'd really like is for that person to be able to dial in (ie the call handler sends a message to their pager or mobile or radio), and they then dial in externally, to be connected to the original inbound call!
