10:53 - 10:58 - Our engineers have become aware of problems when dialling UK numbers through our platform. This has been identified back to an issue with one of our carriers. Outbound call traffic has now been passed temporarily through an alternative carrier to restore services. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
