I have manually set up 3CX on my Windows PC and also configured a Grandstream phone without a problem, but cannot get 3CX or any other SIP client to run on my Android handset.
It's a Moto G 4G (2014).
Edit: As an update 3CX didn't run on my Android tablet either, though Media5 did. 3CX have also removed their VOIP client, so Media5 seems to be the easiest client to get working on my Moto G 4G.
