trying to forward my number Options

Hi

I have just bought the service today

Have configured to forward my soho number to my mobile

call my soho number and it just says " person at 100 is unavailable"

any ideas

Hi

Make sure you choose to send it to the internal / external number list, then in the big square box, where it says external number, enter your mobile, include 44 for the UK and miss out the 0 of the mobile so 07944 will become 44794 then the rest of the number, with no spaces.

If you want to ring your ip phone as well, (if you have one) add that 1001 to the line above.

Also, make sure your time in hours is set correctly, ie open and closed time for diverting calls, or it will go to voice-mail.
