HI, having spoken to soho support they have stated what we wish to achieve is possible, however I cannot see any relevant options in my control panel which are applicable.
Basically we run a company which offers 24 hour response for customers.
Our current IVR / call director with (voipfone)
asks the caller to select option 1 for support and 2 for anything else.
Option 1 rings our IP phones 24/7
Option 2 rings our IP phones 24/7
What we need is for option 2 to only ring our phones between 9am and 6pm, other times the call needs to go to voice mail. This isn't possible with voipfone.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
