Thanks for your earlier response concerning the SPA 941 - yes, it had old firmware, and I'll update this shortly. Our remaining basic handset - the SPA 922, works fine but has an annoying issue with the display.

The top line shows the Date/Time, and the Extension identifier name (entered as part of the set up configuration). The second line shows our complete 10-digit Soho User ID, which is rather user-unfriendly.

Can this be deleted without affecting service, or perhaps display the PSTN number attached to it?
