Hi,
I have one grographic number and 4 extensions. I would like to play a message saying "if you know your parties extension please dial it now" followed by routing to an external number if a particular extension is pressed. Do I need to set up Call Director in order for the caller to be routed correctly?

Hi Paul,

Yes, if you add call director from your control panel you can offer callers the option of dialling the extension number of the person they wish to contact. You can listen to all the prompts that we provise free of charge at:
