03 numbers calling frmo abroad Options

With the 03 numbers in soho66, can they be called from abroad and if so are the call charges the same as for 01, 02 numbers?

We had a client try to call our 0800 from abroad and he couldn't do it for some reason?

Hi,

UK Non Geographic numbers such as 0800, 0845 and 03333 are not designed to be reached from abroad and therefore it is not recommended that you use those number for your international customers.
