Hi

For the record, and as mentioned to support team, a feature that would be very useful that some of yout competitors have is a VIP or Whitelist for the Out Of Hours service i.e. a list of incoming numbers that will by-pass Out of Hours. For SOHO users this allows VIP customers or friends and family to still get through.
