We have a manager for our sales department (the reason we use call recording) and would like to be able to give him access to download the recorded calls that they need.

I dont want him to be able to change any settings associated with any of our SIP accounts or routing (that would be a recipie for disaster).

I am sure we arent the only organisation who would like to be able to define roles for MySOHO.
