Rather than send fax receipts back to the sender of the email fax, send these receipts to a configurable email address.

Our users are great at sending faxes but would probably never file the sent receipt (we're lawyers so its important to keep these). A specific admin person would be much better at logging these

EDIT: If you use an MFP that has scan to email functionality, this could be used to send faxes, with the return receipt going to whatever email address is configured on the MFP
