Cancelling a fax Options

I have sent a fax and the client has received it. Their phone keeps ringing and ringing and when she answers it it is always a fax machine. I have received no fax completed transmission report so it must be stuck on a loop. Is there a way to cancel a fax?

Hi,

There is no way to way to cancel faxes unfortunately. It sounds as if the fax machine is not acknowledging the receipt of the fax so we are trying to resend, we will try to resend a further two times before emailing you to let you know the fax was not sent.
