email to fax "international number need authorization" Options

i used to send faxes to a uk number from the same service and through same attachment file but now i can not send the same file as it says" Fax not authorised for transmission - Sorry, faxes to international numbers are barred. Authorisation failed"
i have still £4.65 credit left in my account what could be the problem that i am unable to send my usual fax again?
i have also tried to change the file name and send it again but all in vain?

Hi Naveed,

Could you email support@soho66.co.uk and request that they allow faxing to international destinations on your account? This should then allow you to send the fax.
