RED light doesnt come on when extension Busy (BLF) + Missed calls. Options

Hi guys,

I have recently joined the Soho66 platform and loving it! - I had three questions that i needed answering.

1) On the GXP 2000s I have set the side keys as BLF to other extensions in the company however when theyre in use, why does it not show me the red light indication. Old VOIP services, the handsets would light up as soon as the handset is lifted on the opposite handset. I currently have it set as BLF keys.. other options are Speed dial, Presence watcher, Event BLF, Speed dial via active account. Please help.

2) On incoming call, 4 extensions ring. If 1 answers, it leaves a miss call on all the other phones. This is a real nuisance. Please help to get rid of this issue :)

3) Is there anyway of programming one of the side buttons to run the call forwarding code? *72

Unfortunately BLF is not currently supported.
