International calls not connecting on mobile handset Options

We use our Soho66 numbers to call abroad and we sometimes find that when we try to call overseas numbers from our Soho66 mobile handsets (3 network), that the calls just drop before they even ring.

I have noticed this in particular when trying to call Australia.

But if we use the Soho66 landline these calls go through without any problem.

Any idea why this might be happening on the mobile handsets?
