can't dial 0707 number Options

Some car adverts have 'phonesafe' numbers eg pistonheads.com and the voip phone will not dial them. However, a normal landline does, so is there a setting we can change to make these numbers available? The ppistonheads one begin with 0707 so does autotrader - they call theirs 'telesafe' but it also begins 070
