No hold music? Options

When I place a call on hold, it just goes silent.

Do I need to enable call hold music or should it be enabled by default?

Hi Fearghal,

Hold Music is enabled by default with all our numbers, it may be that your phone does not support the feature, Siemens Gigaset phones for instance will simply mute the audio on a call when a call is placed on hold. What make and model of phone are you using?
