Cisco 7960 Options

Hoping someone might be able to help. I’ve a Cisco 7960 with SIP version 8.11 installed.
I have configured my Soho66 SIP account settings but when I try to make an outgoing call I get a message saying “this telephone number is not allocated to any of our customers, if you would like to obtain this number please contact Soho66”
The only numbers I can ring are other Soho66 numbers.. And you have to use the complete number and not the just the extension.

Would really appreciate any help with this.

These sort of posts are incredibly frustrating.

Instead of saying 'managed to get this working', could you please tell people what you did to get it working so that if anyone else has the same problem they might be able to fix it?
