O2 Wireless Box 2 Options

We recently had a customer who reported problems with his Snom phones losing registration, the phones were connected to an 'O2 Wireless Box 2' which was the cause of the problems they were experiencing.

The eventual solution was to connect to the box as a superuser (you will need to consult the devices user manual if you are unsure how to do this), then to Telnet on to the device and 'remove VoIP mapping' as follows:

User = ++++ password = ++++
:connection unbind application=SIP port=5060
:saveall
