When I pick up my landline phone (calls are routed from my soho66 number to it), it's saying, "press 1 to accept the incoming call". Is this because it's gone to voicemail and I'm able to retrieve it by pressing 1, or is something else going on? It's never done it before today.

My other idea is that it's the person/company calling me that are doing this?

Hi Dan,

It sounds as if you have enabled a feature called 'call delivery assurance' when setting the call routing for your number, this feature is designed to prevent the call being answered by an external voice mail box and can be disabled using the 'routing wizard' for your number.
