nokia 5800 Options

Tried setting up my nokia with suggested setting but it still wont register, i also have a voip phone on this number will two work together?

with further investegation i discovered this phone only has a SIP stack but no VOIP client which makes no sense.
Which third part VOIP client works best with Soho66, can i recieve calls via my voip number?
