First of all, you need to know your VoIP username, password and the server that your number is connected to. You can do this from your Soho66 account, by clicking "My Soho", then "My Numbers", then the telephone number that you wish to connect to. The VoIP username and VoIP password is near the bottom of the page, in a section entitled VoIP Settings.
Connect and Login to your Linksys SPA942
Follow the instructions that came with your Linksys SPA942 to connect and log in to the device’s configuration console.
Enter Your Soho66 Account Details
Choose "Ext 1" from the top navigation and on the new screen enter the following details to configure your Soho66 account, leaving any other fields blank or as their default value:
NAT Settings:
NAT Mapping Enable: Yes
NAT Keepalive Enable: Yes
Proxy and Registration:
Proxy: sip.soho66.co.uk
Subscriber Information:
Display Name: [Your Name]
Password: [VoIP Password]
Auth ID: [VoIP Username]
User ID: [VoIP Username]
Use Auth ID: Yes
Replace [VoIP Username] and [VoIP Password] with your VoIP username and password accordingly.
