To setup our email service with Microsoft Outlook (please note - these instructions were written with Outlook 2007 in mind. The setup instructions will be similar with earlier versions):

From the main Outlook window, select Tools, then Email Accounts from the menu.

Click New to create a new email account. The add email account wizard will start.

For the type of mailbox, select POP3 or IMAP, depending on which method of mail access you would like to use and click Next.

Supply your name as you wish it to appear when sending a mail message, your Soho66 email address and password, and tick the "Manually configure server settings" and click the Next button.

For the incoming and outgoing mail server, choose mail.soho66.net. Ensure that the username is your full e-mail address once again.

Click the More Settings button, then the Outgoing Server tab.

Tick the My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication option, and ensure that the Use the same settings as Inbound is selected.

Click OK, then Finish.
