Hi Support

We have not been able to make or receive phone calls for the past half an hour. I've tried calling several DDI's and all the lines are giving a rapid engaged tone.

015547888 is also down - I am calling from an eMobile number.

What is the service status?

Hi Matt,

The problems which affected some customers yesterday were caused by a problem on the Eircom network and we have been informed by them that all issues are now resolved. Please let us know if you are still experiencing problems by giving us a call or dropping an email to support@Soho66.ie
