Hi Karen,

That device would appear to be some sort of USB speaker / microphone and as such will need to be used with a soft-phone programme on your PC. You can download a pre-configured softphone for your Soho66 number from within your Soho66 account, simply log in and click on 'your numbers' then click on your number itself and click on 'install 3CX for windows'
