Sending Customers To Voicemail Options

Hi guys,

Need some help. So of my customers call and need to speak to me.
My staff answer the phone and have to take a message if im not there.

Is it possible for my staff to transfer the customer to voicemail so that they can leave a message for me?

If so what number should they dial...?

Hi Gary,

If you use extension 1000 on your account then your colleagues can transfer a call to 81000 which will go straight to your voicemail, likewise, if they want to leave a message for you without ringing your phone they can just dial 81000. Obviously the same applies to all extensions on your account, just dial 8 before the extension number. I hope this helps.
