I've got 3cx working on a 10.1" Windows 8 computer, and I've got a USB handset, which is probably designed to work with Skype, but also works as a speaker and a microphone. In other words, I can use it to speak and hear calls on my 3CX system, but I can't dial or pick up the calls using it.
This is the handset:

Any idea how I can configure it so that I can dial and pick up calls using the handset, rather than having to click on screen to answer calls?

Hi Jay,

Unfortunately USB phones that are designed to work with Skype will only offer limited functionality when used with another provider such as ourselves.

Although you will get audio in both directions you will not be able to answer the call by pressing a button on the handset, you will need to click on the 3CX programme on your computer.
