Call from unusual number 194145191131 Options

I just had a call from a number 194145191131

It came up on my Siemens Gigaset C47H handset with the name that I have assigned to that number as being the caller, e.g. My Office calling My Office.

The call lasted a 6 seconds before I heard it click off. I checked the number on the phone calls list but as I had answered it the number wasn't recorded on the phone so I looked in the SOHO66 call log & found the number above. I don't recognise it as a number and a Google search doesn't find the number either.

Does anyone recognise this sort of thing and if it's a valid number?
