Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me how voicemail works with this phone? I've got a message that was emailed through to me fine, however my phone is now indicating there's a voicemail message waiting ... but pressing the MSG button does nothing. any ideas how to clear this / access messages?

Jamie,


If you want the message button to work on the GXP series, you need to complete the voicemail number in Voice Mail UserID.

Fill out Voice Mail UserID with 8000 on the Account1 tab and then reboot the phone.

Or simply dial 8000 to access your voicemail
