C610H mailbox issue Options

Any ideas on how to receive answer machine messages on the C610H? I have the mailbox number set in the 'Network Mailbox' but all that happens it the other handset rings while the handset I'm using beeps.

Thanks in advance of any help.

Hi,

Can you try dialling 8000 from the handset and let me know if this helps?
