I remember some time ago when i was with Ring Central they had a feature that allowed the caller to record their name or short message which was then played to the person answering the call, just after the whisper.

So for instance the caller got a welcome message which asked the caller for their name and postcode, the callers message was announced when we picked up the call, allowing us to pull up the callers details on our database even before the call was actually connected. Maybe possible in the future?
