I have just set up my routing. I want any incoming calls to divert straight to my mobile and then on to my Voip message minder after 20secs of ringing the mobile..

The problem I have is that the call doesnt divert to my mobile untill after 13 seconds of ringing. Considering it may take me 5-10 to then answer my mobile the caller could be waiting 23 seconds to get an answer.

Its unrealistic that a caller will wait this amount of time for an answer.

Is there anyway of shortening the time?

Was this resolved ? I have just started testing with the service and note that the call forward time to the first mobile number is about 10 seconds

Hi,

There can be a delay when forwarding to a mobile while the mobile is located on the network by your mobile provider, however this should be only a few seconds. If this is still a problem the please email support@soho66.co.uk with a brief description of the issue.
