Hi

We have just bought 10 numbers for one of our offices and I have configured the Grandstream 2100 phones to work with them
Is there any shortcode to pick up other users' calls within the office instead of them diverting to say a hunt group? This would be for when a user was not at his/her desk.

Hi Nick,

That feature isn't currently supported by Soho66 unfortunately.

Sorry for the late acknowledgement .. I am pretty sure I subscribed to watching my replies but maybe I missed it

Thank you very much for your response anyway
I suspected that was the case and have used hunt groups in our nes office to get around the problem

Hi Nick,

Just to let you know, we have now implemented this as a feature, any call ringing on a colleagues phone can now be answered from any other phone by dialling 22.
