call routing Options

Can anyone assist?

I have set up my call director and I am happy with the generic prompts chosen, I want the call to be routed to an external line once the option has been chosen by the caller but they are not at the moment.

Also when diverting to the external line is it suggesting that each digit be listed on a different line or does it mean each complete telephone number that you wish to divert to?

Hi Michael,

The most obvious reason for calls not routing to an external number is having insufficient call credit on your account to authorise the call, can you check this?

When setting your call routing each number is placed on a separate line rather than each digit.
