Quite often we'll all leave the office but forget to divert calls to our mobiles. It would be great if there was a way to do that remotely!

You can. You just log on to your portal and do it through the routing wizard. We do it all the time, or just get up and think 'I actualy don't need to go in today, I'll divert to the mobile!'
Or install a VOIP app on your smartphone and log in. Then you don't pay the divert charges.
