I have purchased a 0845 number and tested - it is working properly with my new phone (E49/N300IP) Siemens E49H Complete System.

if I also purchase a geographical number for £2 a month, and 'Add' it, how do I get it so either number can be answered by me? I'm sure there's an easy way but I haven't yet purchased a geographic number as I only wish to do so assuming I can answer both from the same phone. i.e. whichever number a customer rings I need to be able to answer it.

thanks (I like soho66 so far it's been a very straight-forward process).

Hi Chris,

There are two ways to do this:

1. The N300 has 6 VoIP profiles, you have probably set up your 0845 number on profile number 1, simply repeat the process on profile 2 using the details for your new number.

2. Just forward calls to your new number onto your 0845 number using your Soho66 Control Panel.

Either way will enable you to receive calls to both numbers on the one phone.
