Hi,
Still a newbie here but enjoying the service so far and no complaints as such.

I have had a few users report that when calling certain mobiles abroad they are getting the message "Blacklisted" appearing in the display on their Yealink handsets.
If they redial immediately on the hardwired network they get through without issue.

We are still in the process of migrating all of our outbound calls over to Voip as the charges inflicted upon us by Regus are crazy but we are still having to route some through them because of this "Blacklisted" issue.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Hi Jason,

Some international destinations are blacklisted by default, you can email us at support@soho66.co.uk to have these destinations unblocked should you wish, simply let us know the number you are trying to call.
