Hi, i am having trouble receiving faxes from other efax services providers i.e. myfax. Are we able to receive faxes from other fax to email service providers?

Hi Joseph

It's certainly possible to receive faxes from other service providers. The best thing to do is to give us a call if you're still having an issue (just realised that this question existed - sorry for the very late reply). If you're still having an issue, there's a number of ways that we can try and help out.
