Time delay before number is available??? Options

Just signed up for a new number etc - i can make outgoing calls fine - but when dialling in i get a engaged tone - until my new phone arrives i am using the 3cx softphone downlaod - it says on hook and available but is not ringing

Any advice - maybe i am just to impatient I dont Know

Hi Adamo,

In order to find out why this is happening we will need to take a look at the settings you have in 3CX phone. Right click on the screen of 3CX and click 'connections' then 'advanced settings', take a screen shot of these two screens and email them to support@soho66.co.uk and we will advise further.
