I keep getting this message when i try to use the 3cx phone "phone unable to contact STUN" anybody any ideas

Hi Robin,

Could you try right clicking on the screen of 3CX, clicking 'connections' then 'advanced settings' and ensure that the 'STUN Server' is set to stun.soho66.com
