Withheld Numbers come up as "asterisk" Options

Hi

I've noticed something annoying with incoming calls.

If caller is withheld, instead of it correctly showing "WITHHELD" or "UNKNOWN", it shows as asterisk for the caller name and asterisk as caller number.

I've been able to test with withheld calls only not with unknown or international. To confirm this wasn't being added on by my Asterisk PBX, I've connected a 3cx softphone directly to soho66, disabling the trunk on the pbx and this confirms the case.

My own asterisk PBX with a fxo connected to a physical landline correctly identifies the difference between Withheld, Unknown and international.

This is confusing seeing asterisk in the logs and voicemail. Can this be changed to the correct behaviour?
