Cover Pages

You may wish to use cover pages when sending faxes. A cover page is an extra page, included at the beginning of the fax which includes the following information:

  • The name of the sender
  • The reason for the fax
  • The fax number of the faxer
  • The number of pages
  • The body of your email in the message box of the cover page


If you'd like to enable fax cover pages:

1. Login at My Soho >> Login
2. Click on My Services >> My fax users
3. Click on the user there and tick the option to enable a cover page with every fax.

Note that enabling fax cover pages means that you will be charged an additional page for each fax that gets sent.

will the cover page be automatically sent or do i have to create it in say word and add as an attachment to the email?

Hi,

The cover page will be automatically sent if you enable sending cover pages, please see sample cover page
