calls to landline numbers got cut out after 26 seconds Options

I've got a Funkwek Elmeg SIP phone from soho66.
It receives perfectly all incoming calls but if I call a normal PSTN number (eg my home number), the call will cut out precisely after 26 seconds
Has anyone experienced the same problem?

I am equally facing the same line drop after 26second on the outbound call. Any solution from soho66 support team on this issue? Please, let me know.
