Time Delay before voicemail answers Options

Can we change the 30 second delay before voicemail cuts in as it seems too long?
I tried the voicemail wizard and no option was found.

Hi Maureen,

The amount of time that a device will ring for, before the call goes to voicemail, can be set using the 'routing wizard' for your number. This can found by clicking on your number in the 'my numbers' section of your account. It is also possible to set your call routing so that calls go straight to voicemail, should you wish.
