Personalised voicemail greeting or ability to disable standard one Options

It works fine but a personalised greeting for voicemail would make the user experience a lot slicker. Sounds a bit naff with different voices.

If this is tricky because of integration with the call recording solution an easy answer may be to to disable standard vm greeting (if posssible), users could then create a message to be played before call is sent to vm.

i would like to know how I could change the voicemail message it says fowarding to extention x which doesnt seem professional or even if it said voicemail of and said your number that would be better

Hi,

The default voicemail greeting for your number can be changed by accessing your voicemail menu, choosing option 0 then option 4. There is a full guide to the Soho66 Voicemail service here:
