I have just signed up for this service as it offers exactly what I'm looking for, however I'm a little confused to why I cannot use the service yet after paying the upfront fee (£8.99) and then topping up an additional £5 - these top ups/purchase are not registering on my balance available but have been debited from my cards.

So I am looking for a little help here :)
Is there some activation link I have missed or process to activate the service?
I installed the software and put the login details in but always get an authentication failed error after attempting to connect.

Any advice or solution to my problem would be greatly appreciated,
