Outbound email authentication
In order to prevent unauthorised users sending email through our mail servers, we require that our users authenticate.
Please see the setup instructions for your email client on how to ensure that it authenticates itself when sending email via SMTP.
If you receive a "Relay Access Denied" error when trying to send email, then it is likely that you have not set this option correctly. Please contact us if you need support regarding this issue.
