Siemens Gigaset - Recall and Hold Options

Hi Guys,

I have a Siemens gigaset S450IP and it works fine as a normal basic phone on Soho. However, pressing Recall does nothing. How do I put someone on hold or access any other features from SIP and what are the features/codes?

Hi Ross,

This is something that would be specific to your phone. Our system provides facilities for call hold, transfers etc. but, the features are standard SIP features. We don't have special codes for them, it is software on your phone which triggers them.

As the S450IP is something that we're not too familiar with, the only thing that I can do is to refer you to the user guide, which should give you an idea as to how to use these features.
