Hi, Ive set up an account today and I have a Siemens S450IP.
Ive got the call working now but I dont know how to put somoene on hold, transfer a call or anything like that, could someone help me please?

Hi Ross,
Unfortunately we don't sell that model of phone and are therefore unable to provide support for it, although instructions on how to carry out those operations should be available in the phones manual.
