Firmware update - Siemens A580IP Options

Phone is flashing with firmware update available on the phone, what am I suppose to do and what is this about? I don't know what the pin number is. Can someone assist with this?

Hi Nicola,

How to update the firmware:
You don't need to download files. The firmware is updated directly online by the Gigaset A580 IP. You can easily initiate the update by three steps:

1. Menu » Settings » Base » Firmware Update
2. Enter base station system PIN (default setting: 0000)
3. Press the display key "Yes" to start the download

These firmware updates usually add some new features or improvements to your phone.
